However, living in an area that experiences hail and storm damage, the number of years your roof can be sustained will fluctuate. In other words, you may need a roofer in as few as 5-10 years.

We offer our assistance filing your insurance claim, from the initial inspection to providing your insurance carrier the details they need to complete your claim. Please reach out at your earliest convenience to work with our team.

We recommend filing your claim as soon as possible after damage occurs and you have decided to report a claim, the time limit to report varies between insurance carriers. All damage must be properly documented with photos and videos, which our team can provide after your inspection, but we also recommend documentation extending to any materials you purchased, temporary repairs, or even hotel stays as a result of your home being uninhabitable to help determine the total cost of the claim.

Once your claim is submitted, be present for the adjuster who will make arrangements with you to inspect the damage and complete a repair estimate for damages covered under your policy. We will be there to meet with your adjustor and provide information they may need such as the roof measurements. Once all signed documents are together, we can send the estimate directly to your Insurance carrier on your behalf. 

You will receive a settlement from the adjuster for the damages that are covered under your policy. If you choose to proceed with your roof repair or replacement, we will move forward with next steps.
