STANDARD ROOF LIMITED LABOR WARRANTY

Thank you for choosing RoofMasters BV for your roof replacement. We take pride in our roof installations and warranty our workmanship for five years. Your shingles and roofing components are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. 

All claims should be submitted in writing and mailed to PO Box 11968 College Station, TX 77842  or emailed to rocky@roofmastersbv.com.

STANDARD GUTTER AND DOWNSPOUT LIMITED LABOR WARRANTY (if applicable)

Guttering systems installed are guaranteed for a period of 2 years from the date of installation against sagging, pulling loose, leaking or not functioning properly.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED IN LABOR WARRANTY 

This labor warranty shall not extend to any defect or product failure resulting from:

(1) Natural, act of god occurrences such as, but not limited to, lightning, hurricanes, hail, earthquakes, flood, tornadoes, falling objects. 

(2) Damage to the property from settling, cracking, shifting, structural failure of walls, roof, foundations, rafters, ice damming or mold, or any negligence, normal wear and tear. 

Gutter cleaning and “tiger striping” are not covered by the labor warranty.

Tiger Striping is a natural process that can happen to a variety of surfaces such as rain gutters. It is not a failure of the paint or gutter system, and it does not breach your warranty. Metal surfaces with baked on paint require cleaning from time to time, and your gutters are no exception. Generally, you should clean your rain gutters at least once a year. This may vary based on where you live and you may have to clean them more often, especially if you live in an area with high humidity or industrial activity. To clean, use a soft rag, sponge, or brush to gently rub the surface. Do not scrub too vigorously, as this can lead to glossy areas over the gutter’s satin finish.
